This is for after the tenant has vacated, and you try to get a judgement on them for past due rents, repairs, etc....

So, I've read and written a lot about real estate investing and have thoroughly enjoyed learning every bit. 

We have one vacation rental in West Jefferson, NC that seems to be going well.I'd be interested in hearing from other real estate investors from the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area.

My goal is to drastically reduce the amount of time I spend working on an ambulance as a Paramedic, and to get back to a point where I enjoy it again, and have more time with the family. 

I also enjoy networking and using my experience at work to help me understand the field.

I really enjoy the podcast, it makes the time I spend commuting so much more valuable.
