I made an account here because I'm having some problems with my current tenant and was hoping to get some tips. My father owns a large barn and he rents it out for 350 a month, he does not live in indiana so I handle it for him. Well I usually only pick up the rent every 3 months, in April they were 10 days late on rent l, no big deal. I went to pick up the check and it was only 350, that's 2 months short. She gave it to me in an envelope and drove away. I contacted her and she said she would have the rest in 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks, and I was supposed to met her this morning for the check and she couldn't make it, even after we agreed on a set time and place. I'm just wondering how I should go about this, and try and find an easier way to get the rent money without meeting her every time it's due. Thanks!
