Hi everyone,

My wife and I are very interested in getting into the house flipping and house rental market. We are very motivated and are ready to start working on deals now.

We have one vacation rental in West Jefferson, NC that seems to be going well.

I'd be interested in hearing from other real estate investors from the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. If there is a real estate investment club in the area, we'd love to hear about it and get involved.

One area that we need to learn more about, that I'm sure many here are asking about, is how to find sources of private funding. Anyone have information on that topic they'd be willing to discuss with us?

I'll look through the site and the forums but it would be great to hear from other members.

Thanks,

Keith Dowdy
