Nice I am curious for up and coming developments I Charlotte, how do you get ahead of the curve and claim your stake on them before they are built?

Each of the programs has certain contractors associated with them and they pay the contractors directly as they complete the work on the home.(2) It is a tax lien on the home and the "program" is the 1st lien holder.  

Ive received leads for insurance and title companies that I will be calling today but I'm not completely sure what questions I should ask.

The investor said it was completely remodeled and had a tenant in there under property management.

I just don't see much risk with the situation I mentioned above, unless of course I am completely without a job and wasting away my saving. 

He sounded very guru-y, claimed that flipping houses is "easy", and used the entire presentation as a pitch for a "class" he is holding two Saturdays from now.

But at the same time, next year when I'm doing my taxes and need to claim ownership of a house that I'm getting an income from....and I get red flagged and in trouble...that'd suck.

He is about 80% complete.

Values ranged from $110K to $125K.My had more SQFT than the $110K comp, I had a complete renovation, including a brand new Carrier HVAC with gas furnace, roof, etc.
