What is holding you back?

Are you looking for flip opportunities or buy-and-hold (or something else)?

It's hard enough to hold a job and take care of all the things in life but trying to manage a rental long distance with experience is hard enough without adding a lack of experience to it.

Right now I'm interested in but and hold.

You need cash, probably 20-30% down.It is unfortunate you already spent your money on a personal home, it is a liability not a investment and will hold you back from investing.Shane has the right idea except I would sell the house and buy a multi plex and live in one unit.

No follow up.Maybe it'll work out or maybe not but I am not holding my breath.
