Hey everyone! Just started researching and reading about investing in real estate a couple weeks ago, and have been listening to the podcasts (which are awesome!).  I was born and raised in MN, and grew up in the Saint Cloud area.  I am looking to start investing in that area in some rentals. I like the idea of doing the brrrr strategy.  My fiance started working as a realtor 2 years ago and is finally getting some things working for her.  I am actually meeting her team lead tomorrow and we are going to walk through a potential flip that he is looking at. I am super excited for this and what the future holds for us through the power of investing in real estate!!
