Ill let you know...

I was in the profession from 2006, when I obtained my license, until 2018 when my illness forced me to leave the profession. 

I'm thinking ill need trans funding.

Ill do a search on that and read all the info as well.

I have looked at several of the "banks will not touch these so ill finance" type properties.. but this one im looking at on the MLS is actually not too bad at all, doesnt seem to be any apparent problems.

Almost every deal I got after the 5th touch was due to some dramatic event and mostly serious illness was the cause.

That is all there is in the budget for [ not sure how long we can wait for another deal as my son is disabled and my husband and I both very ill, though we both feel good right now] We ARE  paying to have an engineer come out Thursday because of what the realtor said about there being no cracks and such that come with foundations moving.

Well I used MLS to find REOs properties but NO RESULTS, and yes this week I going to start with probates and late property taxes, and yes Alisha, driving for a $...lets hope I ll have better results...thanks again hope you guys can share some more
