Hello everyone,

I live in South Florida (Stuart, FL) and I had been using MLS as my primary source for leads (REOs).

I've had a really hard time getting properties for wholesale deals.

Should I still put offers on these kind of properties even when my comps are telling me the margin is not high ?

What do you guys use to get properties right now?

AND

Everyone keep telling me to go above asking price.
What do you guys think?

Hey I will add on to what the others are saying. I'm in south florida. I'm a real estate agent too. Florida is a hot market right now so most deals wholesalers find are NOT on the MLS which is what makes them good deals for cash buyers.

Your best bet would be too look for motivated sellers via marketing.
