pre approved mortage wholesale

I have a lady who contacted me. She's pre approved for a 50k mortage. I have a house under contract for 29 that fits her needs. I know I can't assign this contract on a pre approve mortage. I'm thinking ill need trans funding. How much does transfunding cost. Also how long is the process on closing a wholesale when the end buyer has a pre approved mortage ?
