Maybe that is true, but I don't see enough data to support that as true or false.Keep in mind the changes over 30 years make any historical chart irrelevant.

Since I plan on living in this I do not mind keeping money tied up in the property to make sure everyone gets paid back.i wished I could get a flood insurance quote but the insurance company said I need an elevation certificate done.i have a friend live some what in the area and said he pays 700/ year which is something I can afford if I can get some what the same price.
