With Ring door bells, an exterior camera and smart locks on both units we can watch and ensure the exteriors are cared for.

@Scott MacHe’s claiming that the bottom of the fender got ripped off and wants us to pay for it.There are no cameras so it’s  hard to verify what speed he was driving at.

I am wondering if it is legal to put up cameras on the exterior of the home.

Coos aren't going to do anything unless they are caught on camera.
