Hello everyone,

My name is Tony and this is my first post on BP.  I'm new to the investing world and heard a lot of great things about the BP community.  So far I'm very much impressed by the camaraderie and the general desire to help others succeed.  I look forward to learning from all the pro's and to also contribute my skill set.  I recently attended a NNJ meetup hosted by @sunnyburns and that was a great experience.  So a little about me...

I'm a Property Manager for a 210 unit Class A building in NYC and I've been doing this for the past 8 years or so.  I'm about to take my NJ State exam for the real estate sales license and currently taking a course for my NY broker's license.  I've been in the hospitality industry prior to real estate, which has proved invaluable when dealing with tenants, vendors, owners, etc.

My wife and I are looking to house hack our way to financial freedom and grow our little empire.  I look forward to connecting and engaging with many of you.  Thanks for taking the time to read this post!

Sincerely,

Tony Kim
