Beginner to Real Estate Investments / Atlanta, GA

Hi, my name is Andrew. I am 23 years-old from Atlanta, GA.  I just recently got into real estate investing after realizing that I don't want to spend the rest of my life working a 9-6 job. I have no real estate background or experience whatsoever. My goal is to gain financial freedom and being able travel where ever and wake up whenever I want to. I truly believe that I can do achieve  by real estate investment.  In this journey, I am focusing mainly on rental houses and properties, but I am still open to other methods as well.

As of this moment, I am trying to pay off my student loans from my $40k job. I will be done paying them off by April 15, 209. Afterwards, I will be focusing on saving a lot of my money on real estate. I did create a budget on managing my money. I recently open a credit card to improve my credit score, so when I do start investing, I will have the credit to take out loans. I am currently watching Youtube videos and reading the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate document and BiggerPockets content to gain more knowledge.

I am currently looking towards in investing in Atlanta, GA and Florida. If anyone is willing to give tips or just connect, I am always open to it. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
