This allows the tenant to be secure in knowing what they are paying for and it's not a 'revenue generating' event for me like it is PM's and other landlords.My properties are pretty nice, in good school systems, so people have a tendency to be honest.

The area I drove was very nice, right next to a school, a nice lake, although a bit further away from Danbury where we have stuff like Home Depot, Target, and a mall.So the question is: How do we figure out why there are so many distressed properties in New Fairfield?
