This space would also be perfect for charity events, school dances, festivals, farmers markets as well as many other events.

I ended up delaying that purchase for about two years but did find a gem (~205k @3.25%) in a really nice neighborhood with good schools. 

After I finish with the military I plan on attending law school, where I hope to jump start a new career.

They have both in class and online classes, I went to that school to get my license and they were pretty good.

This allows the tenant to be secure in knowing what they are paying for and it's not a 'revenue generating' event for me like it is PM's and other landlords.My properties are pretty nice, in good school systems, so people have a tendency to be honest.  

I actually went to school for it in Dayton at retts tech.

It seems that this area is very competitive due to awesome school districts and great quality of life that it offers.

The area I drove was very nice, right next to a school, a nice lake, although a bit further away from Danbury where we have stuff like Home Depot, Target, and a mall.So the question is: How do we figure out why there are so many distressed properties in New Fairfield?
