I thought we would just go to the title company and get the deed on my name but a title company I called they said I dont do anything at title company and I’d have to go to the real estate attorney and they would help me do it.

I live in California but have some contacts in Las Cruces and I think it's a great place to buy some real estate. 

All,Based on your experience, would you say, that the real estate tax for a vacant land should be correlated with its usable part?
