Property Managment Company Question

I have read The Book on Managing Rental Properties, (and have another book on the way along with preparing to get my real estate broker lisence). I am now summarizing the key points for managing rental properties to build my systems before launch ( I am strongly considering Rent-Redi software) but I am wondering how I would use this software for client's properties when collecting rent, holding deposits and the like. How do I need to structure pricing for my services too and track that as well?

I look forward to any and all thoughts, questions and suggestions.
