Hey, I was recently released from prison and looking to invest in real estate. I am interested in small multi-family homes. As I have just released I don't have much in the way of a down payment ($2000), and I am on a fixed income ($800/mo). Also, my credit is not the greatest (mid 600's). Any help and advice would be much appreciated!
