Just not foundation building or concrete pouring?

Do you have concrete evidence of N.J. not being a “landlord- friendly” state?

It is in the flood zone, has a 1000sqft home built on concrete slab, a garage, horse barn, water well, and unattached building which was being converted into airbnb.

Foundation is concrete slab. 

Followed by a tie between concrete and brick.

To clarify this is only half of the basement, and the basement is split by a concrete block wall.

Hosts know that in order to compete, we have to step up our games and provide quality that was not as prevalent in the past and this has caused the older and less polished listings to struggle.I am not denying that many hosts are struggling, many are but this has more to do with the increased supply and increased quality of the supply making it harder for mediocre listings to compete and attract bookings than it is a reflection on a "bust" market.The market is correcting, destroying old and stale supply.

This doesn't necessarily mean a slab or concrete all around the edge of home.

Imagine, if you will, a big concrete block wall with a house painted on it.

I'd look into modular construction, there's alot being done in commercial, as well as housing, also steel buildings, maybe tilt up concrete, helping to shave some time off.It seems to me it's an area where you need to think outside the box both time and weather conditions.
