If you have extra money to give away, I guarantee I can find charities that are in greater need than your tenants.I also disagree with small increases over multiple years or even over a one-year period.

Ive only done a little research but from what I understand a Wikipedia page needs to have trustworthy 3rd party sources (I think I have those), it needs to be edited by multiple established editors (it's pretty cheap to hire people to do this), and the topic needs to be notable.

As long as your home has kick @$$ marketing which highlights the marble and all of the high end upgrades, you will have a ton of potential buyers and you will receive offers that reflect what the market thinks your home is worth.The inventory here is so tight right now that if your home is amazing and priced aggressively (i.e. low), you will likely get multiple offers.
