A good way to find roommates/tenants is by listing on Zillow or Facebook marketplace.

This was my first investment and I found in the Zillow marketplace.

Check Facebook Market place & zillow for post such as "Handyman Special", "Investmetor Special" etc.

I find roommates using Craigslist and FB market place.

Kind of interested in market, places to zero in on, places to avoid, any thoughts?
