I bought a house in a pick of 2022 and moved there to leave some time, to find a better deals for my next project. I lived there almost a year and now renting for a cash flow which covers my mortgage payment. Oh never thought that buying a condo can give me a positive cash flow , but it works.

This was my first investment and I found in the Zillow marketplace. I haven’t had enough room to negotiate, because the market was hot.
