Hey yall, does anyone know of a good place to put my property up for sale? I'm an out of state investor from Hawaii and I would like to sell my property sometime this year.

@Greg Scott I didn’t want to deal with the commissions and BS that comes with an agent. I wanted to hopefully sell it to someone directly. It cash flows but I wanted to 1031 exchange it for something in Hawaii

If the cost of commissions is one of your main concerns, I'd look harder at the situation. You are likely to get a lower price without one. If you end up getting a price 10% lower than what you could have gotten placing it on the MLS, you actually paid MORE to not use an agent. I've never been a real estate agent but in my experience, their value exceeds the cost of commission.
