I am a wholesaler so ideally i want to put both together if its possible, just dont know if it is or how for a lack of better words.

The building has parking but not ideal (gravel side lot that needs to be paved) and the 1-br units are quite small for area. 

I'm currently shopping foreclosure apartments and I was wondering generally speaking which layout is easier to rent out (meaning finding a tenant) between a 1b1b, 2b2b or 3b2b ?

Working 80 hour weeks is of course not ideal for anyone but at the end of the day it isn't meant to be easy or everyone would do it I suppose.

I deal with clients all the time and they think its suppose to perfect from a half inch away and everything is suppose to be flawless. 

It does not sound ideal but hardly seems to be so bad that a bank wouldn't lend on it.

Ideally, look for a 4-unit property where you can live in one unit cheaply/free.

So far I have collected ideas from the local groups and also local neighborhood friends that have told me a Starbucks, florist or even a potential doctors office on the second floor would be ideal.

Ideally one person who could do it all, but if not, would love to hear about multiple people.Separately, where else would I look for such folks aside from Yelp?
