Phoenix contractors for make-readies

Folks, does anyone has a recommendation for a contractor or contractors for make-readies in Phoenix? Things like painting, fixing up, resurfacing tubs/counters, etc. Ideally one person who could do it all, but if not, would love to hear about multiple people.

Separately, where else would I look for such folks aside from Yelp?
