Would they likely have documents such as lead paint advisories as well? 

Our plan in to stock the warehouse with items that we use routinely, from appliances, plumbing fixtures, paint, toilets, toilet flappers, etc. 

If it is determined to be an issue with a system not addressed during our renovation you will be free to choose any contractor you would like to re-mediate it at your expense.

The tenant also offered to spray paint lines himself LOL.  

I am curious how everyone has gone about choosing an out of state market to invest in.

There are various kinds of insurance that are not as expensive and you can choose to insure against major health problems and not small ( less than 10k).
