Hello,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a closing attorney that also has some knowledge in drafting/reviewing rental agreements and documents in the Spartanburg region?

Thank you,

Jason Young

@Jason Young no need to reinvent the wheel if you're looking for leasing documents.

Check with some large property management companies in the the upstate (Greenville / Spartanburg areas) and see if they'll send you their lease agreement. I've had many in Columbia share their leases with me and didn't mind at all. If it's a good enough for a large PM company that manages 500-1000 units then it's probably good enough for you.

Also, you could check BP. I believe they have state specific documents now.
