Hello,

At this moment I've never purchased a property, but I'm looking to change that.

I've been doing a lot of snooping at Biggerpockets.com and decided it was time to quit lurking LOL.

I am looking to get into multi-unit homes in my local area and either rent them to tenants or go with Airbnb.
