Quadplex in Raleigh - Parking issue
This is for a quadplex in Raleigh, North Carolina. I live in NY and we have a property manager managing the property. We got a message this AM from tenant explaining that parking is becoming tighter as the unit is full and people are parking crooked (I don't really blame there as there are no marked lines). The property manager told me got some quotes to have it professionally done and the cost if about $350 (which seems high). The tenant also offered to spray paint lines himself LOL.
Has anyone encountered this? Or have any idea's about strategy here?
Thanks!!!

@Jonathan Farber I would definitely have lines painted. If it continues to be tight, assign parking spots to each unit.
