I do not have any prior concrete experience with that but understand a lot of the software that helps make short term rental management easier. some of these tools include: Turnoverbnb.com - for cleaning servicesPricelabs.com - to compare short term rental prices in the areaSmartbnb.com - for tenant and guest communicationHostely.com - for digital guidebooks, house rules and moreIf anyone has any ideas on how I can gain experience in this area I would be open to any ideas!

So my advice along with using CoStar/Crexi or any software you decide to use is to also build relationship with your local brokers because they have a majority of the deals that are off market.

I’m a software engineer and RE investor who is originally from NYC but recently relocated to Atlanta.

It owns the accounting and property management software.

I'm happy to send a list of furnishings, software and the like that I use personally as well as some links to videos that might be helpful.

I am currently using RentRedi for the property management software, but is there any other way or advice you all can give?
