I was wondering what the most common/best way to bookkeep for someone that has 10-15 units?

I have 4 units and I use Stessa.com. It also has an app so its really easy to upload a receipt.

Hey Trevor,

With 10-15 units you may want to look into a property management software. We use Buildium but there are several solid companies out there.

If you only do one thing, get QuickBooks.

@Trevor Williams I’ve had the same question as all my rentals are under managements. We currently is excel but there’s gotta be a better way.

I use Stessa as well. I find the complexity of its tracking, report generation & free price suitable for me.
