Greetings Atlanta BP Community!
I’m a software engineer and RE investor who is originally from NYC but recently relocated to Atlanta.
I got my start in RE when I partnered with my brother to flip a duplex in Brooklyn, NY and subsequently purchased another duplex in Jersey City, NJ where I house hacked with my wife while using the other unit as an AirBnB. I'm seeking to grow my business in Atlanta by using HML (as well as private funds I've raised) to first conduct a few single family flips as a means to raise funds for multifamily BRRRR opportunities at scale.

First, congrats on your success so far, and in tough markets too! That experience will serve you well here in Atlanta as things continue to heat up.
Since you will be flipping OOS, you will definitely want to build a solid team here in ATL. This starts with the deals. While on-market flip deals are few and far between it would still behoove you to find the right real estate agent. You want one who has enough time to also be your boots on the ground throughout flip projects and is hungry enough to be constantly scanning on- and off-market for you. You also want them to have a solid network that you can tap - A great agent could potentially connect you with all other team members you need. However, it is smart to also start calling referrals you get from other investors here in ATL.
Also, link up with as many wholesalers as you can, both small and large. Typically, these guys and gals are just good for deal generation though which is why you want to get on as many lists as you can. Here in ATL, the "wholesale" market is practically as tight as the market so your best bet would be to find a newer and hungry wholesaler who does not have an A-list yet.
All the other team member building is important too but more straight-forward. Simply call referrals and interview as many in each role as you can.

@Brenden Mitchum, these are all great tips, I appreciate the detailed breakdown! I've actually moved to Atlanta recently so I won't be investing OOS, but nonetheless your points about great agents and wholesalers still reign true since I'll still be working full time.
