Their marketing and presentations are very well scripted to allow them to attract new customers.

Also we are going to scout the towns that are at least 20min away from Disney and the other attractions.

@Michele Fischer The great thing that attracts me to complexes of 5+ units is that the qualification to purchase is based on the cash flow of the property, not the cash flow of the individual (income).

Amsterdam I heard is either not an attractive investment or a crap shoot on which "war zone" will get cleaned up in the near future.

So the BRRR there isn't AS attractive to me.It's hard for me to imagine a market with a good employment base not at least keeping pace with inflation.  

You will not attract the best tenants.I turn away a lot of renters who contact me explain how they have the best pet, so I agree, it makes it more difficult.

@Joshua Rosenwald There are a ton of attractive markets all over the country.

Given its a small town, maybe the town as a whole could look at growth opportunities to attract visitors.
