Or in her Will, a donation to a charity, or her financially struggling sister.I don't think I would release this amount of money to anyone without a court order--because who knows who it belongs to--it seems like part of the "Estate".

I personally would move to release the tenant from the lease as the property is now untenable, and having them on a lease is just another complication.

my realtor said the PM had to stay based on his conversation with PM, but he was not entirely sure if he hear it correctly and want me to talk with PM myself. he then called me again last night stating that listing agent is actually from PM and she confirmed that we do not have to pay anything to PM and she has waved termination fee for seller as well, but they will not release the tenant information until the closing day. my realtor is new. he just started his realtor career at beginning of this year.

@Marco Morkous If the loans are done separately then if one is being paid off, but others are not, it is easier to gain a payoff and lien release.
