Hello!

My name is Gustavo Perez Jr, I’ve been on the site before but and now excited to be writing here in the new member forum because not only have a made the decision to change course in my life but I have decided to do it on the best Real estate investing website on the planet! A little bit about me I was arrested in 2020 for drug possession and while incarcerated I got my hands on FLIP the book by Gary Keller, Rick Vallani, and Clay Davis along with the Millionaire Real Estate investor and agent books of the series, I became an avid reader staying away from the temptations of criminal lifestyles and am glad to announce I was chosen for the work release program right here in Chicago IL. My main area of interest is Flipping, I’ve looked into wholesaling a little but with the opportunity to save money while apart of the program I believe I can gather the funds necessary to start my journey in residential rehabs. I plan to stay here in Chicago so any and all information on the city will be greatly appreciated and hope to connect with as many of you in the following weeks and really become a member here at BiggerPockets.
