CDC Eviction Moratorium Still Stands!!!

A federal judge ruled the CDC moratorium was illegal. Many celebrated that ruling and started talking about going forward with evictions. I warned it wouldn't be that easy.

Sure enough, the judge has put an administrative hold on his order while the Biden Administration appeals the ruling.

Nothing has changed yet and it's unlikely to go away quickly. Even if the CDC order goes away, I would not be surprised to see individual states create their own "laws" and kick this can further down the road.
