I particularly like the fire sauce but found out recently that kids in the Boondocks use it to draw pictures on tables, so Taco Bell has restricted the supply of that sauce to a few packets per item purchased, which usually is not enough for me.Regarding the OP's question, I am yet to find an agent whose comps are good enough for me to depend upon, so you will need to figure out a way to get access to the mls if you want to be on top of the game.

And when you add to that the fact that interest rates will rise soon, further constraining people with variable rate loans it does not paint a pretty picture.Remember an increase of 14,000 non-farm payrolls in June doesn't even come close to covering the high school seniors who are trying to get low wage full time jobs.

A lof of variables here but if I were you (If you can man the ship/cover costs/afford to bring it back to life a bit) put a healthy price tag on it and all it takes is one individual with a lot of money that sees the History and beauty in a structure like that...limited prospect list I know but this thing is beyond unique.But plan A I think makes sense to turn it into daily rental/lease deal for B&B or Special Events...or lease it to a business partner who will run it as that.Cool story/pics, thanks for sharing.

A heating system must be sufficient to adequately supply heat at all times.I would send a notice to your landlord via certified mail stating the problems, when they first started, and when you first contacted the landlord about them.
