Retirement certainly doesn't mean you cease being productive!

Before today I actually thought I was a pretty good landlord...provide a quality product...have all my tenants setup on routine maintenance visits, and even send out gift cards around the holidays. 

They are pretty sophisticated and have their own people most times.I could have told them about tax effects, basically, but their eyes would quickly glaze over and I may say something wrong.  

I don’t know how sophisticated the tenants are and whether there are local attorneys in the area that represent tenants at a discount (or for free through a nonprofit).

We see a drop from 04 into 05 & 06 as some exotic zero down products were hitting the market, and a dip again in 09 as the government did all they could to stimulate the market.  

Seems fairly straight forward but I do not see this advertised much as a product feature.Thanks,Ken
