It's kind of like opening a restaurant - no particular skill needed, so why shouldn't *anyone* be able to be successful at it.Beyond that, I do feel social pressure on BP to be supportive, even in the face of being realistic.

Stephanie was homeless with 6 kids and after running into her and talking for a few minutes she also told me she was not only living in a homeless shelter but had what’s called a Department of Social Services Voucher which means she can move into any apartment and the landlord will be fully paid every month through a county program indefinitely.

I then came in with an offer at 161K (Which is the address of the house, I acted like I was superstitious and that I wouldn't offer anything higher than that LOL) they counter offered with 169K & I came back in again with a hard 161K... and it was accepted!
