Licensed in Dec 89; did 16 deals in 16 months without a car; closed 100% of listing appointments; sold 100% of listing; closed 100% of escrows; went into residential apartment management when interest rates reached 22%; retired in 2005 with 7 rental properties of our own; lost some in the downturn. Reinstated license Jun 14; started own brokerage (had to hire a broker until I qualify to get broker's license here). Have been in business since Jun 15; closed two deals, 3rd about to close; have one escrow that opens today (10-12-15) and one accepted short sale offer waiting on SS lender approval. Managing two quad-plexes and two houses. So its been a busy four months for this one-man shop; but my wife has been a big help and is not working on reinstating her license.   Firmly believe in homework, homework, homework and going the exra miles. Apple Valley, CA. Oh, we are 70+.
