I just got it last month and it appraised for $284,000, yeah the market in Greeley is slowly raising!

I keep an eTrade account open for situations like this and throw my money into an index fund (usually an S&P 500 index fund).

Keep it, then raise private capital so I don't have to spend any of my own on RE.

It simply means you need to raise more money and hopefullybyou make more money too.

Hello everyone,Out of curiosity, when first raising capital is it easier/better to 1.raise a fund or 2.get capital promised if a deal meeting certain criteria matches with a specific capital providers needs?  

Super new to BP but I've been scouring the site for info about using retirement funds to invest, and their overall value compared to REI.

I'm looking for $25K - $35K in funds for the rehab portion of my next flip that I'm paying cash for the home.
