I have listened to the podcast for a while now, and I hope to learn, as well as teach others in the real-estate investment world!

Though studying and learning are great, the best and most usable knowledge comes from pounding the street, talking to others, listening to their successes and failures, and not being afraid to DO it!

Started listening to the podcasts several months ago on long drives I make for work. 

I'd recommend reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide and start listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast.Best of luck in your future investments!

BP has it all, and with a little research, reading, and listening to the podcasts you can easily self-educate yourself.

Use the "Learn" tab up top and you can listen to podcasts, review blogs, read the Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI and much more.  

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.
