I am Grant Montgomery. My wife Rachel and I are looking forward to entering REI in about 3-5 years. Presently I am active duty military and not stationed near Philadelphia, PA, where we will retire post-military life. Over the next 3 years we are just researching and reading books on REI. Our goal is when I retire that we buy a place in the Philly metro area to live/rent and begin REI. Likely one of us will work full time while the other focuses on REI and our children. Five years after we would like to be able to both work REI full time. Would love to hear from anyone with Philadelphia area experience. Right now I am focused on books and blogs stemming mainly from this site. Thank you - GrantM173
