Didn't realize this was posting when I first entered the information but since it's on here now and can't be deleted I might as well introduce myself! 

Started listening to the podcasts several months ago on long drives I make for work. I am currently interested in the Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi areas for beginning  to acquire single and multi-family rental properties with a long term strategy to continually acquire. I've been slow to get started and I realize I now need to get my foot in the door, make some decisions on where I want to start and then pull the trigger!
