I have the right contract but the seller asked if I would take care of the late re taxes which are a total of 128.

I can always transfer property ownership later (without fear of triggering any due on sale clauses because I've already cleared it with my lender and they're willing to put in writing before I go to closing).However I'd kind of like to have the LLC set up so that I can start my branding and marketing and know that I have the legal rights to the business name and the like.

I do plan on being a RE agent to earn some income that I can use later on to invest in some rental properties.

The snowbirds will be returning later this year so you will have a chance to sell to these folks when they get in.

Hey all, I'm stationed in Germany and am sending mywife nback to Washington state due to some medical issues with my daughter.....we would like to buy a multifamily home with VA for her when she arrives and then move into (buy) a SFH when I join 9 months later.....we plan to tell va the home is too small and use the remainder of benefit to move into SFH. ....the reality is its the truth. .....four people in 750 sq ft doesn't work. ....it does for my wife and two small children. ....anyone have any insight?

Last thing you want is to approve little 20 pound Fido then find out 6-12 months later that they adopted a 65 pound playmate for Fido because you "approved pets" when they moved in.

I offer a shorter term lease if it suits me- if I am trying to get the turnover date to line up with the best season- later August, or if it already doesn't turn over in August I might offer a shorter term.
