Help! On Wholesaler RE Contract

I have the right contract but the seller asked if I would take care of the late re taxes which are a total of 128. I need to make sure this is stated on the contract should I just hand write it under the section Other Aggreements or under the sections Prorartions.

Any would be appreciated. I need it ASAP.
