Become the comp master, if you're confident a house can sell for 300k and you can buy it for 50k, probably should look into, right?

So looks like I should probably stay away from the houses unless I feel pretty confident I can turn around and sell the homes.  

Using someone else's expertise really allowed me to get my first deal confidently! 

I'm a much more confident person when I'm speaking if I'm at least somewhat knowledgeable about the subject (which I'm sure most people are). 

Do activities where you are actively engaged with people.

I am confident that it will help me in my endeavors to become a successful investor. 

I think 24k is right in the middle of conservative and liberal for the rehab budget so I am fairly confident.

Like the title says, after months of research, I felt reasonably confident to buy my first foreclosure at an online county auction.
