LOL> had to hire staff to clean up his docs and outside attorneys docs.but like all things you get what you pay for and when these guys are only charging 300 to 500k for escrow services you get about that much of work.if I go to my 450 an hour attorney here in PDX everything is perfect but a simple closing would end up being 3k.. this is why title and escrow on the West coast that are owned by the TITLE insurer is so FAR superior to anything we can do in attorney driven states at least when it comes to efficiency cost and accuracy of documents not to mention communications..
