balanced equity exchanges
I am reading a book about 1031 exchanges however there is no mention of intermediaries. Everything the book talks about is about 2 party or multi party exchanges.
For example in the book they discuss a transaction where you have a taxpayer, a buyer, and seller. The taxpayer wants to avoid a capital gain so he finds a buyer to buy him a new property with equal equity.t and then exchange his property for the one the seller sold to the buyer.
