@Jonathan Partsch, I just did a kitchen cabinet build out at Lowes and with their mid-tier, online order cabinets, a galley kitchen came out to about $3k.

Hi all, To make a long story short, I found a triplex property on Craigslist that needs a total rehab.

The house will be vacant or about 6 months total. 

So thats 1 closed transaction for sending 500 post cards 1x per month for 12 months (6,000 cards total). 

Potential total monthly income of $3,000-3,500.

I am total newbie and still working my way towards a first time deal.
