Is it possible to whole a pre-forclosure with a subject to
I am total newbie and still working my way towards a first time deal. I have a lady that's in pre-forclosure said she is willing to agree to a subject to. She is priced a little high compared to the comps but not much higher than the assessor's value. Is this something to take on as a wholesaler?
